Cancel policies.

No show/last-minute cancellation will incur a $50 fee. You will not be charged unless you miss your appointment or try to make changes to your appointment without 48 hours’ notice.

Arriving 15 minutes late for an appointment will require you to reschedule, we cannot shorten treatment times or risk running late for the next client. 

We understand that some people may be paying via cash, voucher, or another card. However, for us to hold your appointment, we do require a credit card on file. 

We work hard to be respectful of our clients’ time, and we ask the same in return. Here is some general etiquette in terms of booking. 

• We understand that life happens, but multiple cancellations (even within 48 hours) makes it harder for other people to book appointments.

• We ask that you do us the courtesy of confirming your appointment when you are texted. No one likes automated texts, but it only takes one click to respond. Unconfirmed appointments are subject to cancellation if we are unable to reach you.

• Using a fraudulent card to hold the appointment is disingenuous and will mean that you are unable to rebook with us.

• If there is a history of issues with booking on file, it may result in that client being flagged and declined for appointment requests.

If you are having trouble finding an appointment time that works for you, it is best if you request the soonest appointment available and then call or text the studio at (646) 681-3892 to see if we can move you up.
